Change of Mind

We are committed to ensuring the full satisfaction of our art collectors. That's why once you’ve received an original artwork, we'll give you 7 days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund. 

You may return any eligible artwork (i.e. artwork that is not one of the Final Sale items, listed below), provided that it is returned to the Artist (Geoffrey Ian Wilson Art) in its original condition and packaging.

Due to the nature of our fragile products and the customisation involved, the return guarantee is NOT applicable to the following final sale items:

  • Limited Prints - Rolled
  • Limited Prints or Original Canvas Art - Framed
  • Sale Items

The item is required to be returned within 21 days of approval by the Artist of the refund. The cost that you spend on the return and cost to repair potential damage of the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues 

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately and well within 7 days upon receiving the item, with clear photographic evidence of the issue. To start a return, please follow the steps above in italic text.
